This Ayurvedic Inspired Body Oil will help calm, soothe and cool your body and senses with its calming, sweet, and floral botanical oils.

Oils such as Jasmine, Rose and Lavender will help to bring PITTA back into balance with their relaxing, soft and gentle qualities. Coconut Oil and Sunflower Oil will help cool the body whilst providing gentle nourishment.

 

As per Ayurveda, when PITTA is in balance they feel focused, driven and insightful, however, when out of balance they have the tendency to feel fiery, hot headed and impatient.

PITTA skin has the tendency to run hot, slightly oily and can be prone to rashes and sunburn.  It requires cooling, soothing and gentle nourishment.
