Do you have a retail store?

Yes, we do! Come visit us at Jessup Farm Artisan Village in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Where are you located?

Our address is 1939 Jessup Farm Drive. We are located north of Drake Road off of Timberline Road. Turn right onto Blackbird Road and left onto Jessup Drive. HEYDAY is located in the center of the Loafing Shed next door to The Loafing Shed Cafe + Bakery.

What are your hours of operation?

Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and
Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. Holiday times may vary.

May I host my event at HEYDAY?

We are always open to bringing the community together through events at HEYDAY. Let's chat first via email us at hello@theheydaystore.com to see if it is mutually beneficial. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Certainly! Additional shipping fees may apply.

What is your return policy?

IF YOU NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEMS, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ONLINE ORDER. IF YOU NOTIFY US 8-14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEMS, WE WILL ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT.

We will issue a credit as quickly as possible upon receiving your items back.
Credit may take up to ten days to process. Shipping + delivery charges are not refundable.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes. We use web-standard SSL [Secure Sockets Layer] for processing transactions + we  do not store credit card information.

The product I want to order is out of stock—can you help me?

We do our best to keep products in stock. Please email or call us if there is a particular product you are looking for.

Why are some products ‘in store only’?

Due to shipping and vendor agreements, some of our products are available for in store purchase only. If there’s an item you see that is ‘in store only’ and you’d like to place on hold for 24 hours, please call HEYDAY at 970-797-2158. Additionally, if you can't make it in and you must have it, email us at hello@theheydaystore.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pick up my order?

You may. Please select "local pickup" at check out, and we will have your order waiting for you! 

What if I want a gift card for a specific amount?

Please drop us a line by phone or email to issue a gift card for a specific amount.

Do you charge sales tax on online orders?

We only charge sales tax on orders shipping within the state of Colorado. If your order is shipping out of Colorado, we do not charge state sales tax.

May I use your photos on my blog, website, or printed piece?

We’re flattered you’re asking. Photos for commercial or personal use require explicit, written permission from HEYDAY. Please email with your usage + needs to hello@theheydaystore.com.
