Orders may be exchanged for STORE CREDIT up to 7 days if they are unused and unworn with tags still attached. We will refund online orders within two days after receiving goods via mail if item is unsatisfactory. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize a return. Please include your receipt and keep records of your tracking information.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit as quickly as possible.
Credit may take up to ten days to process. Shipping + delivery charges are not refundable.
We collect your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and order history when online purchases are completed and when you submit your information via the newsletter form.
We do not store credit card information.
We also use your personal information for newsletters and other forms of communication related to your online orders, which you may opt out of at anytime.
